Impact Products Moves to Hong Kong, Launches Web Site

BOCA RATON, April 1, 2003 - Hong Kong, the export center of Asia, is the new strategic headquarters of Impact Products Ltd., the premier international trading and OEM contract manufacturing company.

For those who have yet to explore what Impact Products can do for them, the owners of the company also announced today the official launch of www.ImpactProducts.com. The new Web site is a concise virtual tour of what Impact has to offer, complete with all the information potential clients need to learn how the company can go to work for them.

"At ImpactProducts.com, people can become familiar with our resources and capabilities, as well as view a showcase of some of our past and current projects," said Bill Quarless, director of Impact Products. "The site also allows us to update our current and future customers as our business continues to grow."

Impact Products has established itself as a leader in the manufacturing industry since its inception in April 2001. The mission of Impact is always to deliver on its three key principles: superior quality, competitive pricing and reliable delivery.

Impact's greatest strength is its ability to source and manufacture a large range of products, from paper and plastics to metal and electronics. Some of the company's capabilities include product design and engineering, plastic-injection molding, metal stamping, printing and assembly.

"Our manufacturing ability is what separates us from the competition," Quarless said.  "With our operations based in Hong Kong, we are able to monitor all aspects of production, from conception to the delivery of the final product, thus attaining the highest level of quality."

Some of the products Impact has been instrumental in creating include the T-Rex portable vacuum, featured on several top-rated talk shows, the original EdgeMaster self-edging paint roller and the EuroV hair straightening brush.  Impact also developed and manufactured The TrimLine Edger for the Shur-Line division of Newell Rubbermaid, a global marketer of consumer products with 2002 sales of nearly $7.5 billion.

Most recently, Impact has manufactured premium items under the Disney license and a large range of clocks under license by Warner Bros, Marvel, Hanna-Barbera and Loony Tunes.
